My refund policy is simple: Notify me within 10 days of receiving your package
if you are not satisfied, and then simply return the merchandise in the same
condition in which you received it.

If you receive a defective disc, please let me know so that I can mail you a new
one asap. I am not going to put a time limit on this policy because I realize that
it can take a long time to watch these shows and it might  be a while before
you notice anything. I do NOT require you to send back the defective disc, as
to me, that is a waste of money on shipping for you, the customer.
