Do you know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
The computer does the credit card charges automatically. We are not
given a reason
when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given
us the
correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit
card company
or bank for information.
3. General Ordering Information
3.1 Your Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart page shows you all of the items you've collected
during any
particular shopping session. You can go to this page whenever you wish
to review
the items you are preparing to purchase, whether it's one item or ten
items. The
Shopping Cart will show you the item(s) you've placed in the cart, as
well as its
name, price and quantity. From the Shopping Cart you'll also be able to
update the
quantities of any item (either adding or removing) by clicking the
button that reads
"update".
3.2 Adding an Item to Your Shopping Cart
Simply go to a product's information page and click the "Add to Cart"
button. You
will be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you'll see the item you
just added.
3.3 Deleting an Item From Your Shopping Cart
Click the "Delete Item" icon below the item's quantity or change the
item's quantity
to 0 on the Shopping Cart page.
3.4 Changing Quantities on Any Item Added to Shopping Cart
Change the number in the quantity box and click the "Update Button" at
bottom.
3.5 Verifying Exact Shipping Costs to Your Delivery Address
In order to provide you with accurate shipping cost on your purchase, we
need to
know the precise location of where were shipping it the goods.
3.6 Purchasing the Items in Your Shopping Cart
Simply click the "Checkout" button and follow the checkout instructions
(order
steps).
3.7 The Check Out Process
During Checkout, you will be able to select which method of payment you
would like
to use. Either a) VISA or b) Mastercard. You will receive all the
necessary details
and instructions to complete your order during the checkout process.
3.8 About Your Sales Receipt
As one of our top priorities is to settle, pick and pack your order as
quickly as
possible, very often your package will not include a sales receipt. It
is customary for
us to email all of it shoppers their sales receipts within 10-20 seconds
after their

You will receive an email from Stamps.com or Usps.com with all tracking
information on your purchase and it will include instructions on how to
track your
